Default CTR pistons vs. ITR pistons

what are the difference? what do you guys recommend for a b16a motor? which is more reliable? and which produce more power? let me know...

itr pistons will slightly lower your compression p30 pistons will bump you to 10.4:1 and ctr pistons will bump you to somewhere around 10.8~11.0 which will make the most power when tuned.

The B16A's stroke kills any potential you have to raise your compression above ~10.91:1 (with PCT slugs)... That gain isn't very significant but if it's the compression you're looking for then running OE pistons is fine... If you want to go higher then I would recommend so using aftermarket pistons... Good Luck

EDITED: The 11.19:1 that I had previously figured was the calculated when running a P72 cylinder head...
