Default How do you tell a Short vs. Long block?!

Does anyone know how to tell the difference between a long block and a short block? Thanks.

short block is just the block (bottem end)...longblock is oil pan all the way up to valve cover (head and block)

a short block is just a block...a longblock is the head and -lock. by the way i'm selling a longblock if anyone is interested. IM me

b18c1 je 10.8:1 pistons, jun valvesprings and retainers also comes with aem cai, dc sports 4-2-1 header

does not include:

distributor and spark plug wires
throttle body
pulleys
alternator
AC compressor
