Default Ground control upper mounts, how much extra suspension travel?

Ground control's own site still says "XXmm of travel"

Does the box or instructions have anything more specific?

It gives 3/4" more travel. I've confirmed that with GC.

an EG owner with Koni's with the username VX said he measured just shy of 3/4". thats a significant amount of shock travel because it multiplies when you translate it to extra wheel travel since the shock is a bit more inboard. is it worth it? are you low enough that youre riding on your bumpstops, then yes, definately. $75 isnt too much unless you already can weld your own mounts or, dont mind altering your shock and do the lower fork mod. both accomplish the same thing.

And using the older generation Accord shocks also adds more travel
