i know it can be done, but is it safe
I just got a JRSC with stock boost. I have the vafc from before when my car was N/A. i want to buy a hondata, but with the unit, an ecu, boost option and of course tuning cost get up there. so with the vafc, lets 440cc injectors (let me know if thats too much) and good tuning, is it safe. Do i need anything else like an obd1 ecu. also if i want to boost 9lbs is it safe with this setup...
Last question where can i purchase a pulley for more boost. does the crv crank pulley work just fine...

well the only thing is w/ the vafc, you can not control timing at all.
if i were u, id just save up your money and do it right the first time

haha.. more like .2%
its me and keebler
and maybe somebody i don't know
anyways.. for more boost i recommend motorvations stepper pulley. give them a call. (205) 661-3600
we need more info on your setup. i ran the hack for 3000 miles before i decided the weather was too cold and i brought out the winter beater.
