notchy shifter feel
my shifter is feeling very notchy after swapping my tranny. Also when i clench it into first while the car is still moving feels notchy as well. i dont know what reason can be the cause of this. I've got 2 and half quarts of GM syncromesh in there and bleeded the clutch plenty and oiled up the shifter. help?
i dont think its the tranny mounts... i have 2 almost new front and rear manual mounts and a place racing top side mount.... im hoping its the shifter bushing because i just bought a set of energy suspension bushing to help aid in this notchy bullshiit
what do you mean when u clench it while the car is moving? like just holding it in nuetral?
After I had my upper motor mounts replaced w/ polyurethane, the shifter felt like that until the tranny mount got the polyurethane mount.
does the shifter actually move around while your driving?

no it doesnt... what i meant was, for example my speed is decreasing while im driving so im shifting to first, thats when its hard to clench other wise when the car is at a stand still shifting to first is like butter
