Hey guys, I got a 00 Si - B16A2 (just for ref).
I recently installed a set of Gator Stage 2 axles. This might seem dumb but its been bothering me. When we installed the axle, obviously we had to move the fork. When it was time to put everything together, I noticed after the fact that we installed the bolt and nut backwards.
It should be like this/direction, with the nut in the rear

We did it like this with the nut in the front

My question is, does it really matter which way the bolt goes in?
Other pics so you get an idea.

i always look for a stock civic in the school parking lot when i have questions like that. it can lead to intersting conversations when you are caught sprawled out under someone else's car
