94-01 gsr skunk2 IM is this 50 state legal?

 

it was pending, not sure if it got approved.. tell everyone its a ITR manifold, that is oem and has to be carb approved

 

I had one on my gsr swap when I got my BAR sticker. They just checked my intake and exhaust(AEM-DC sport)numbers. My ref also made me get verification that my ECU was USA made. I had to go to the acura dealership and pay $50 just for them to give me a receipt saying that the ECU is US and not JDM. I would also check to make sure your timing is 15+- so you dont fail emission test and as long as your motor isn't stollen or anything then you should get your BAR sticker!
