What all should be changed out when lowering?

So far i have thought to change or add the following at one time.

Coilovers
Shocks - Struts
Camber Kit
Rear Lower Sway Bar
Rear Upper Strut Bar

IT's fine to do it one-at-a-time in that order, but if you're having a shop do it you'll save a lot in labor if you get the springs and shocks done at the same time and umm I can't remember if the shock assembly needs to be removed to install a camber correction kit.
Make sure you get an alignment after any suspension work or you may get nasty tire wear.

shocks/struts; are they the same thing or are they just two things on one piece?
