Default Front koni is going out

Yeah, not even a year have I had these. I had them set to half a turn stiff (sometimes a full turn) and decided to put it down to a 1/4 turn. Then some oil came out. I'm pissed and I know its the shock oil, I know what it looks like and feels like. Light clear brown color. I got these in May of last year just after returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom, so I know it hasn't been a year yet. I'm going to contact koni and we'll see how this goes...wonder if they will cover it. I'm not sure how this works out.

you can see to the right of the top of the strut where the oil is.

Then some on my finger, not a lot, but enough to scare me

They should take care of it.
They might call it seepage, they may call it a problem.
Keep us posted.

Oh yeah, don't say "full stiff", but a bit backed off from a full stiff.

Konis have a warranty, so if there is something wrong, they will fix them.

well, I contated them. They said if any more oil comes out, or if it continously comes out, then I can get a new one, but for now, they say it should be okay if it's not doing it anymore...which it isn't coming anymore, just came out when I turned the ****...but that still pretty sorry if you ask me. So everytime I change the settings, oil comes out and I just have to suck it up? Forget koni, this is nuts
