Default Black ice sucks.

Ok so i am just driving home and i come to a turn and start to turn. As i turn i start to slid and soon meet a curb. I hit the curb at about 10 maybe 15 but i wasnt sure. I messed up my rim alittle bit. I am hoping that i didnt break any control arms. The steering is all out of wack. I am hoping that it is just the alignment. It drives ok nothing sounds odd or anything. The only problem i found was above 60 it got kinda Shakey.

What are your views on what could be broken? I am just trying to get some ideas before i take it in.

Thanks

Also the steering wheel is not center when i drive.

Well, first thing, you're gonna need an aligment - no questions about it.
Second, can you get underneath the car to see any other damage? (Do you have a car jack?)

Possibilities - bent control arm, bent tie rod

Just my 2 cents

yep you will most definitely need an alignment. if something was broken you would know it, especially if you have had at 60mph since it happened. in the meantime pray its just the alignment and nothing is bent badly

Ouch, hitting a curb at an angle could mean a lot of things. I don't think you were going fast enough to bend your frame. Hopefully, you were going slow enough to only throw off your alignment.

We have allready established you need an alignment. You will also need to check that rim for bends.. get your wheels balanced while its there for an alignment.
I just spent $90 for an alignment .. damn.. my car rides so smooth now. Remember to ask for a read out from the I.R rack.. <-- this makes sure they lined everything up.
