You could stay with stock. My friend had a stage 2 on his LS with almost every bolt on [other than a bolt on FI system] stage 2 or even 3 isn't that bad.. Drive it for 2 weeks and you'll be used to it. I traded cars with him [me having a stock b16] for 2 days and he stalled his car 2 times trying to drive it out of the parking lot.. haha but once you're used to it, you can cruise..

Anything over stock is overkill. But hey... if you want to spend twice as much for something that'll wear out in half the time, then go for it.

ahhhh man, i know that, but the factory clutch wont last forver, so why not just rplace it w/ something while stronger the tranny is down for a new flywheel. and id like to end up w/ 200+whp, so i dont think the factory clutch wille be a good choice down the road

No reason the factory clutch wont last 100K miles.
And if you want to replace it while its apart an Exedy street disc or something while its apart along those lines wouldnt be a bad idea. No reason to get a 4/6 puck unsprung disc for street use.

several clutch companies divide their clutch packages into stages.. Stage one would be the mildest and so on. And that usually just means the difference in pressure plate..
Theres no need to replace the clutch unless you're having problems, (rattle/noises/won't hold at certain rpm or engage/disengage). If you get to agressive of a setup, your clutch will last while everything else gets torn apart. I went back to stock disk from unsprung, so i'm running 1800lbs pressure plate and oem bearing with 8.5lbs flywheel. my original clutch was removed after 53K miles and it was in good shape.

its for the dummies that can't understand how a clucth works , and don't know how to buy a clutch
they don't understand, material, pucks, sprung, unsprung, pressure plates
but they can count to as many fingers on their hands
case in point , i know someone with a stock B18B in their civic, he bought a "stage 6" clutch, I told him not to get it, because it doesn't match the rest of the car, well , after about 2 months of use, he detroyed the flywheel, clutch, and transmission
