ok, i got a choice between a b16 or a b20, however i've read that the b20 isnt vtec, but it can be made into a vtec so i guess thats not a problem. my question is.. is there a major reason i should get a b20 over a b16? i know what a b16 is capabale of and how crappy its torque is, etc. i just dont know anything about a b20.

 

b20 - the torque is there then just slap on a b16 head and you're set

 

b20 vtec makes mad power gains....but can be costly......

b16 will cost less in the long run than b20 and has countless mods available....

id go with the b20 and build....the torque thats there is irreplacable in honda engines....
