yeah, its your shocks. Stock shocks can't handle lowering that well.

i have KYB AGXs and i love them, but for daily driving, any aftermarket brand will be ok. Tokico are prob the cheapest w/ KONIs being the most expensive.

I installed my kit a couple of weeks ago and the springs had #s on them but not pound rates.

it's the spring rates... my Skunkworks coilovers have a high rebound rate, which is especially noticable in the rear... the way i look at it is this... try and push down on your car... notice that your suspension has no compression... so when it goes over an imperfection in the road, it follows the exact contour of that dip or bump... and that is passed on to the driver...

yea, you need to find shocks that will dampen the spring rate of your springs sufficiently, i will be going to bilstein hd's next..

I use Koni adjustables... would a softer shock help with the rebounding effect, or would my handling be compromised by going with another shock? After all, my shocks are four years old... but I don't want to have to sink the money in a new set of shocks if I don't have to (so I can put the money into other aspects of the car ).

How much does rebuilding shocks cost, and what exactly is involved in the rebuilding process of the shocks?
