99si swap into 94 ex
i need help with wiring, i see the dist. plug and the injectors are different, so what should i do there. and do i use the si tranny mount? i know i need a b series driver side mount out of a integra. thanks for the help
if you have an ex or a si you can use your stock wiring harness, you can still use the stock wiring harness if you have a dx or cx, cx model have to convert to 4 wires o2 sensor in my case i used the ex harness and add to my sub harness to wire up the knock sensor, vtec, and pressure switch.
you need to get an obd1 dist. and obd1 injectors or cut the the plugs of from the harness that came with the motor. I have the harness and obd1 injectors, make me an offer if you need it and i have the dist of from a 95 gsr too. i have the same set up in my 95 hatch.
the easiest thing to do is get a 96-98 OBD2 GSR engine harness. all the sensors will b there, u may have to cut open the wire loom on the harness to stretch them to the right spots on the 00 SI motor. other than that its plug and play. piece of cake and should only cost around $100 or so.
will that dist plug right in? and alway what about the alternator plug, thats different too and the colors on the wire are different. thanks for the help
