hey guys, as some of you know i have a 97 hype r and i need to have some more work done to it, ie(valve job, pistons, maybe some machine work). i have taken they car to a guy in gainesville where i live and im not really happy with the work i have recieved. if anyone here is looking for work, or know someone to recommend i would really appreciate it. thanks

Andy, drive that chit down to my house at the end of this month and I'm sure someone can help you out whether it be D, Dave, Jack, Nick, etc... We love dented RRRRs

 

I know one mech at Courtesy Acura, that does side jobs.. IM PM whatever me and I will give you his name etc. Maybe I can get him to come to the R party y0

 

Come up to RealHypeR's house, I will help a brotha out. Cant do any machining there haha, but assembly definently.

 

there might be some machining necessary, the head is gonna have to be pulled and i wanna drop in some new pistons. thats a little much for afternoon at marc's.
but i will definately be there y0!!

i dont want to bother people that weekend, we are gonna be pounding too many jagr bombs to see straight, lol

 

if you want it built right... i can probably tear into it in a few months. Turn around time for bottom end work however would be probably in excess of 2/3 weeks.

thanks D. i will definately keep that in mind if i cant get someone decent to do the work by then. i dont mind letting you have the car for a couple weeks. at this point, i just want the work done right. if i were going to let you do it i would definately drop in new pistons as well. keep me in the loop of your on going projects in case you get some down time.

i also know a tech at courtesy acura who is a really cool guy, and he will take care of ya
