My 92 DX hatch keeps dying on my on random days. It either when i turn the key and press the clutch it shuts down or it doesn't have any electrical power at all. The only thing that works when its like this is the hazards. I'm on my second new battery so I don't think its the battery. The end of the battery cables are either greenish (the ground wire) or rusted (going to the starter, the starter is rusty too). Is it the alternator? This has been happening after I got a new Alpine radio installed at PC Richards. I need to get this fixed ASAP before I get fired from my delivery job.
