I don think any body remembers me but im the guy with the 89 camry who keeps getting stolen cus punk kids around my area have shaved keys. Im about to goto a locksmith 2morrow to re-key my car. i guess its going to change my lock around and make me a new key and all. I live in the san jose area, does anyone know where its a good quality cheap place to go for this type of thing, the place im about to goto cost about 40 bucks a lock and i have to leave my car all day. any kind of advice would help, thanks.

Yet you have a sad face in your signature?
a98tegLS has good advice....go as far away from your house as possible to get it done.

most locksmiths are very good people, and are in the business because they like to help people and it is very profitable. Just make sure you ask around and see who is truly certified. If you are going to a real locksmith and not just a shop, and he is actually putting together the locks, your fine.
