Did you properly bleed the clutch line?
The trick with the kit is to remove the cylinder slave all together using the rubber portion of the clutch line to position the cylinder slave at a horizontal position so the bleeder screw is facing upwards. Bleed the clutch line then and reinstall

well i bled the clutch the way the hasport rep reccomended
he told me to just have someone pump and hold like normal but instead of using the bleeder screw
take and loosten the hard line attached to the clutch master cylinder in order to let the fluid flow
i will definately try it your way tomorrow
also how far did you adjust the pushrod out (the pushrod attached to the release fork)
i have mine adjusted almost all the way out with about 1/4 inch of threads left in the aluminum pivot
