Does anyone have any guidelines on reusing pistons? How much skirt wear is acceptable? Anyone got any example pictures of reuseable and ones that aren't due to too much skirt wear?

your best bet should you decide to reuse a set of pistons is to have a machine shop check them out for their specs. same for the block you are planning to put them in. it's a good idea to have the cylinder walls checked.
