Default any difference between OBD1 and OBD2 Heads?

I've got a bare B16 shortblock and need a head for it, its going into my 95 Civic EX. I need a head for it and was wonder if there is any difference between OBD0, OBD1 and OBD2 for the B16 besides electronics.

TIA
