I have a 95 VX hatch with stock motor and my idle is messed up. Here s what it does it irractically idles from 500to 1500 rpms when idling. I checked the pcv valve "ok", we have check iacv "ok", i have unplugedd the ecu fuse, then somebody told me to close the idle screw quarter turns till till the idle stops jumping and i did that and it stoped is this OK?, Or Is there something else i should do??? Please help i just got the car and this is the only thing wrong with it.

sounds like you just need to set base idle to spec. Try doing a search. I have detailed out the entire procedure many times.
