So how much power do you think I can get out of it if I turbo'd without VTEC or worrying bout internals?

It depends, how much do you have to spend on engine management and tuning?

 

I think you can get 25mpg

How much what?

 

1000 whp...JK...It depends on alot of stuff. Such as: turbo size, kind of manifold, Engine Management, ectttt....
What you need to do is search for lots of info before getting your car boosted.

 

Do not boost your car until you do some more research! Please take the advice of someone who wishes he could do it over............

 

I'd say 250whp safely with a good tune. But you seem like a newbie, so stop thinking baout getting it until you learn about it

occasionaly there are those who manage to push like well over 300 - 400 whp on STOCK internals..fuel management is the most important part imo.

 

Not sure if anyone gets extreme as 400whp, but I would say about 250-300whp is where the B18B1 will take before upgrading is needed. Of course it takes very good tuning to acheive it on stock internals.

Talk to Jason (st00pid) over on houston-imports.com. I believed he once had 19psi on a stock block B18B (not everyday though). Mods were minor (just the basic fuel, electrical, etc upgrades and a Hondata ECU)

well i've seen 14 pounds on a hatchback civic with an ls putting 365 to the wheels 400 can be done just depends on fuel turbo type size and also CORRECT INSTALLATION(please from someone that knows) CORRECTLY INSTALL
