Default Cluth problem =(

Hey guys. Got a 97' Accord EX 5-spd.

I just finished installing a new Honda clutch. I had the flywheel resurfaced by a reputable shop. I'm experiencing some, as I can best describe it, clutch chatter.

I only feel it on initial take off and I only feel it in my clutch pedal. I was experiencing some of this before I put the new clutch on also.. it started 2 weeks before i bit the bullet and put a new one in figuring that it was time. The car has 120,000 miles on it.

I hope I don't have to take the transmission out again to get rid of this problem.

<----- praying that isn't the only answer.

Any advice will be GREATLY appreciated.

What do you mean ?

I put a new throw out bearing on it and put it in the same place as the old one as far as I know. What kind of "aligning" do you do ?

Well. I did it. Clutch is fixed now. Took me 4 1/2 hours this time. First time was almost 9 hours. lol. Either way, It's a pain in the ***.

I bought a new flywheel for 36$ and slapped it all back together. Chatter is gone. It's real smooth now. Anyways.. thanks for the replies.
