My friend has a b16 in his 94 integra.. and he has to get a SMOG check at a Test Only Center. Everything is hooked up correctly.. and we can get him a stock ecu, intake, etc etc.. anyways, my question is, is his car going to be able to pass the Visual Inspection with a b16? or is that something they'd fail him on? thx in advance.

 

If the the guy who will test it knows what he is doing, definitely he will fail.
