Default Shifter & Idle problem

I have a d16y7 still with only 45000 miles and its giving me problems. My first problem is the idle. When i first start it, and its cold it will stay streight at 1500-2000 RPMs. When i start driving and it warms up it develops into a very erratic idle, The Tach. needle moves VERY fast, and irraticly between 500 and 700 RPMs. But it doesnt sit there, the Tach again shows it moving very irraticly. What is the problem? Ive been to shops and they check my idle control, and timing n it checks fine.

Also n i think it may be related. My shifter and **** vibrate like CRAZY. I mean a girl could get an orgasm it vibrates so much, again erraticly along side what the Tach. shows.

The engine is also very noisey. I cant need a valve adj. b/c i just had one like last summer. Noise seems to be coming from where the head and manifold connect. Around that area. Maybe that will change when i swap in the y8 manifold.

check your tps, make sure there are no leaks in the vacume. also does it ever go away? like when the engine warms up? Could be a problem w/ the temp sensor, play around w/ it
