strut bars and sway bars
for strutbars do the brandnames really matter? is there any difference between say dcsports for like 100 dollar and a cheap 50 dollar strut bar? and for sway bars is suspension techniques good?
For sway bars, Suspension Techniques produces the best all-around sway bar for the money... I've been using ST sway bars for almost 3 years now, and can only praise their products.
I've said this before-just like my father to me--buy the best and forget the rest (my words).
Actually the Spoon and Neuspeed Strut Tower Bars are by far the best. Neither is cheap. For my 5th gen I have the Neuspeed up front and the Spoon in the rear (the Spoon is the only one you can get). Spoon has a terrific front bar but there is a slight clearance problem with the center brace of the hood.
As to sway bars-I'm partial toward the Neuspeed bars for the Prelude. My rear is superior to stock now and the mounting brackets are something else. ST has good bars and I use them on my Civic.
