Weighed my Kosei K1s with Kumhos and with Falken Azenis...
My Kosei K1 with Kumho 712s (215/40x16) were 35lbs so figure the wheel weighed 14-15lbs those tires weigh a good 20lbs
The Kosei K1 with Falken Azenis (215/45x16) weighed 39lbs so I gained 4lbs in rotational mass.
Coming home from the shop the car didn't feel much different - except I wasn't tracking everywhere with bald Kumhos
Cornering was much quieter and grippier. I'll be testing them out tomorrow at the autoX.

Yea, that's one thing I noticed with the 205/50/15 Azenis compared to the 195/50/50 Yok intermediates I had before...the Azenis are HEAVY!!
Well I ran them on Sunday and they rubbed everywhere. I heard Falken makes their tires a bit bigger than the rest. They stuck great though for not dialing in the air pressures.

So the Kumhos you weighed were bald and the Falkens were full tread?

Yes, I thought it a little funny. One guy comparing bald 215/40-16 712s against full tread 215/45-16 Azenis' and another guy comparing 195/50-50(15?) AVS Intermediates against 205/50-15 Azenis' and both calling the Azenis' heavy. Does a bear s**t in the woods? No offense like.

Without having a scale to work with right now, and without the determination to find one and go remove wheels from my car, here's what I came up with from a little online search:
Azenis: 205/50/15 = 22.6 lbs (from: http://www.speakeasy.org/~cthomas/cars/tires.html )
Yokohama AVSi: 205/50/15 = 20 lbs (in response to my earlier and unfounded estimate that the Azenis were heavier than my yoks. Turns out I was right after all) (from: http://www.speakeasy.org/~cthomas/cars/tires.html )
Kumho V700 = 20.5 lbs (directly from Kumho's website)
