its only running 65

i dont have a idle air control valve hooked up to the car an its prolly pulling a few more codes like o2 sensor, knock sensor, the intake sensor that hooks into your intake, and there is no cat now so its prolly gonna pull a catalytic ef. code too.... my qquestion will all these codes make it run this slow?
