Default 23X7.5X15 M&H slicks question

I am currently running the 23X7.5X15 on 7" rim and was curious as the the best times others are getting on this tire. My best to date is 11.097@131.75 on a 1.859 60'. I have cut a best 60' of 1.756 on this tire. The car is an 88 CRX with 410 hp and 361 torque. Launching with 2 step @ 5k.

Also, when or at what hp level will I need/have to go to the 24.5" tire. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim.

the 1.75's are pretty good, but I think with good suspension and possibly a bigger tire combo, you can better that to around high 1.6
if you're 60s are mostly in the 1.8s, and you think you have the proper suspension already and have tried the different possible PSI combination on your 23's and still cannot be consistent in the mid 1.7s, then thats when you should consider bumping up to the next size.

Right now the car looks stock except that it is slightly lowered and has a front mount and roll bar. This may sound crazy but I really dont want to jack the car up right now for larger slicks. I think we are going to go ahead and get the head work done (still on stock B20 head w/LS cams) and larger injectors. I think the 7.5's have a good 10 second pass in them with a slightly lower launch and more power on the big end.

Is anyone even trying to run these slicks at this power level or just moving up to the larger ones?

Those are really small for the kind of power your making. Move up in size and get those 60's down.
