Default How to Build Your Own Fiberglass Sub Box - A DIY Walk-through

I've been meaning to write this for a while, and I finally got around to it. It seems like there is more and more interest in fiberglass, but there's a lot of confusion surrounding it.

Hopefully this walk-through will help you all out some. Sorry if any of it is unclear - I also have not proof read it, so cut me some slack

Post any questions...

Any chance you coulk talk about how to make an above ground enclosure?

Im trying to make a nice setup to sink my amps into.

So I want to have like a wall at like 45 degree angle and have my amps sunk into it with a plexiglass sheet over the amps for security.

Anychance you could help me or point me to a link?

Ehhh...they have 15mm of xmax - not what I would call midbass...I have IDQ8's for my doors though if I ever get crazy enough to cut them up....

Your request is a little vague - I'm not sure what you mean by "above ground enclosure" or where you want this 45 degree angle.

I don't really have other links. If you want more ideas, search other audio-only forums for the word "fiberglass" and you will be reading all day long!
