check this out doesnt happen every day
a couple months ago, a guy came into my shop to get tires and he said he had a vtec motor d16z6 in his shop and if i came and picked up that day, i could have it for free so i got it for free. as soon as i got it, i pulled the aem cam gear & fuel pressure regulator off of it and just let the rest of it sit in my garage for months, trying to sell it, but no takers. so today i decided to take it apart. i took the valve cover off and it was spotless. i started looking closer and found arp head studs...cool. flipped it over and took the oil pan off and i flipped out...eagle h-beamrods and srp forged flattop pistons...holy ****. then we pulled the head...str blockgaurd and let me say it again...ALL FOR FREE right place, right time! made my day!
