ok so here we go... this jus started happening today. basically the volume **** isnt working correctly. itll change the volume sometimes but rarely. and when i open and close the face itll change the volume when i turn the **** when its moving. also now, when i close the face with the cd player on, itll keep playing music, but basically shut off. i cant press any buttons and i cant open the face back up. its being really screwy on me and im not liking it too much right now. now if i took this somewhere to get it fixed, how much do you think it would cost me? or if its just an easy fix (something that happens a lot with this model) then let me know and ill jus do what i can to fix it myself. any help would be appreciated. thanks guys!

I used to be an installer at Best Buy and a lot of the time when your deck starts to act up, it just needs to be reset. Try to find the "reset" button and see if that helps. If it doesn't, it sounds like there's an electrical problem with it, in which case you'd end up having to send it in for repairs (which can cost a pretty penny).

 

thanks man ill try that. hopefully it jus needs to be reset, that would be GREAT! im low on cash and saving for my h22 so you know...

 

turns out its a known problem of this model. found a good price to fix it tho. so im all good again...soon...
