Does the brand of hood pins really matter, or do they all basically work the same way? Does anyone know if local shops'll sell hood pins for a CF hood, like Trak Auto or Pep boys or anything, and if they have hoodpins worth looking at? I just want something convient and that'll get the job done.

sup bro i bought momo ones from autothority for like 25 bucks. and i think brand does matter cause i remember seeing some pins that rusted. i had the momo's through a winter season and no rust. good luck

I have quite possibly the cheapest *** hood pins on my car and they have not rusted and they work great.
