i have obd 0 jdm b16 and i just got a type R intake manifold and gsr throttle body with FITV. i wanted to know:
1. what EACV/IACV do i need? will stock b16 work?
2. what manifold gasket and throttle body gasket would i need?
3. do i need to swap throttle rotors off gsr and use ls? will rotor from b16 work?

You can use either 94-95del sol v-tec, 99-00 civic si, or ITR intake man. gasket.( shop your dealer's sometimes one gasket is cheaper than the other even though they are interchangeable.) t/b gasket should be gsr to match the t-body. and yes you do have to change the rotor. A gsr is opposite... stock b16 IACV won't work. I think any 92 and newer d or b series one should.

i know i will have to change the throttle rotor and i know LS will work, but can i use the b16 throttle rotor and return spring?

 

i think any non-GSR throttle pulley will work. as for IACV, any OBD1 will work. you can get all your parts from a D-series motor too, if that makes it easier/cheaper for you.

 

I think it could be used. worst case you might have to space it out of shim it. I don't remember for sure...
