Hey wat is a longblock and shortblock and wat is the difference from one another?

One is short and one is long. j/k. Short is usually the block only and long is the complet motor.

short block = block, pistons, rods, crank, oil pan, oil pick up, windage tray, main seal, oil pump etc
long block = short block + head, valvetrain, valve cover
engine = long block + intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor
swap = engine + axles, tranny, ecu (mounts usually too)
