Hey wat does boring a cylinder mean or boring anything for that matter?

Boring is a machining operation to cut the cylinders to a certain size using a carbide cutting bit. After a cylinder has been bored it will need to be honed to final size.

wat would be the best measurment for a cylinder to be bored if it is a GSR motor and it is strictly for drag and wat is honing mean?

Depends on what type of sleeves you have.

Honing is finish sizing operation that is uses abrasive stones to obtain a surface finish that is free from rip and torn metal that is left after boring. This provides a metal surface finish that rings like best.
