b18 GSR block w/ b16 head - What Injectors to run?
I have a OBD1 b18 GSR block that is bored .040 over (P73-A0 pistons 10:6 compression) with a ported b16 head that has a ported stock intake on it with a 74MM throttle body. I have a 255lph fuel pump w/ AEM filter, rail, and regulator. Not sure on what horsepower it will turn out just yet, cuz it's not done. I was wondering what type of injectors should i run and what size they should be. I know of a set of ND DSM Honda 275cc's up for sale... But will those work? They seem to have a really long nose on them, compared to stock ones.
Can anyone help?

dam, 74mm TB and a 255lph fuel pump
dunno bout' that one.. your stock gsR (240cc) should be good for now, BTW you didn't say what compression you were running...

Don't plan on getting different pistons. With the b16a head, doesn't that bring the compression up? I think it's higher than 10:6, but i'm not sure.
It's a http://www.DH-Racing.com engine.
As for your comment about the TB and fuel pump... Overkill? 74MM TB is what they sent me w/ the intake. The fuel pump i got brand new for 40 bux.. i couldn't pass it up.

the .020 and .040 itr pistons are NOT honda...they are aftermarket and the oversized bore number is standard, not metric like the honda (.25 is 1/4 mm)
I hate being a trial user... couldn't post again cuz i was at 5 posts for a 24 hr period.
In talking to the guys at DH-Racing.com, they are planning on milling the head, and they also say that the P73 pistons are not stock replacements and will have higher compression. They say total compression on the engine should be 11.5:1. Knowing this... what size should the injectors be?
Just wanted to say thanks for the info.

correct me if im wrong but putting a b16a head on a b18c1 block lowers the compression. the guy who is telling you that your compression will be higher than what the pistons are rated is a moron. maybe you should take your motor somewhere else where they know what they are talking about. By the way your stock gsr or b16 injectors should be fine.

They who makes what's in his block ??
I know honda makes 0.25 and 0.50 over... never seen a 0.40 over.

use http://www.c-speedracing.com and use the compression calculator its a good approximate.

Thats in METRIC.
The ones he has is in INCHES.. so convert .40 inches to metric.. It comes out to 1mm over stock.
He has 82mm pistons.
Oversize = more compression.
In a gsr block w/ gsr crank and b16 head.. he should be around ~11.2CR, with 1842cc = 1.84 liters.
If he were to run a LS Crank/rods he'll have ~11.5CR, w/ 1880cc = 1.88 liters.. aka people call it 1.9L
Site in my sig sells those pistons.

I kinda have the same setup B18C block with a b16 head. Still waiting for my CTR pistons. My Cr is prolly gonna be 11:1 12:1?
Stock GsR block w/ a Stock B16 head u should yeild a 10:4.1 CR or lower
