Default Is RS Machine one of the best?

I am going to be doing some work on a H22 block and I need help sleeving, does anyone have the number to R.S machine? If you do fire it over to me thanks.
I was told RS does great work... Is this true

Yup RS does do awesome work...

RS.. thats where we do all our machining. Great work over there.

I'm sure many top racers can back that up.
Sleeving for B, H. K, D, F, Subaru, NSX, Cadillac, etc. call them..
