Yup, you can swap the Z6/Y8 (even tho they're a little different, year dependant) IN manifold onto the DX head... Thing about this is, if this motor is a '96+ Civic DX/CX you'll need to rewire the IAC as the nonVTEC runs the stupid rotary style... A few wires may have to be lengthed and shortened but that's not that big of a deal... If this is a DPI DX in a CRX, etc. then you'll need to rewire the injectors to MPI, flip the TPS polarity, and some other little things... Anyway you do it it's still not that much work... Hope this helps...

No sorry I don't... If I get some time I'll get you up a little diagram but it may take awhile cuz I'm kinda busy right now (school, midterms, etc.)... If you opt to do it and have any questions before or while doing it let me know...

Wow that's really strange, your igntion isn't on right, hehe... It might just be siphoning out of the tank so try holding the rail higher than the filter for a second... Does it slow it down at all?? You shouldn't get more than a few ounces just pulling the rail off... Good Luck and don't smoke or light any matches now

you are siphoning the gas out of the tank you need to open up the pressure release valve on top of the fuel filter first

it is nothing but a banjo bolt

Where is this coolant line running (point A to point B)... Are you talking about the one running to your IAC from your head (also could possibly pass through your TB of FITV)?
