I have a cel 6 for coolant temp sensor and 20 for Electronic Load Detector. This is for my P13 Ecu for my h22a JDM. My car will not fire up.. it'll turn over for maybe 1 second and then die out. Can these sensors stop you car from starting?

 

i got a code 20 once and my car wouldnt start. turned out to be the harness ground. it wasnt bolted down all the way. gave it a couple of cranks down and then the car started fine after that. dont know if that helps.

also an ect code should not prevent your car from starting.
check your grounds.
