Modified DC or Greddy Headers
I've heard of some people modifying their headers to make more power...
How true is this, does anybody here own one, what is it that is modified on it, and what was the increase in power if any?

i'm pretty positive that the DC headers are not port matched. they are probably pretty close, but i smoothed out the edges and enlarged the opening for better flow.
as for the H22/H23 header, i'm not sure. i assume since DC makes different models for the different engines that it won't work, but again, i don't know.
it was mostly a cleaning up of the inlet ports and ensuring there were no burrs throughout interior the length of the header piping.

Around how much does it cost to do this and how much would the gains be?
