how much is the average labor work cost??

i have a b16 in a 95 hatch. the motor is blown and i want to change the longblock for another one. how much will the labor cost for that??? or whats the average?

up here they charge anywhere from $35-$45/hour.....

average is $80-90 an hour on labor. ( Cali)
