Rough Idle, Then Blinking CEL. HELP!

Rough Idle, Then Blinking CEL. HELP!
I have no idea what happened. I drove home from work completely normal, then when I started my car about 2 hours later, theres a ROUGH idle, followed by a blinking CEL a little while later. Help?
