http://www.rsmachine.com or http://www.exospeed.com can help you with your 78mm gasket.

Overboring a factory multi-layer steel gasket will work well; RS has the knowhow and experience to perfrom this task.

thanks guys , anlia maybe i call you latter !
bisi ,so you mean i can just over bore my OEM headgasket? since i have done before with my 76.5 mm gasket, May be i can do by it myself .
Before this im affraid to go overbore OEM gasket to 78-79 mm ,because at that size i seen that the sealing area from the gasket has allready gone..

I ran 78mm on my D15. RS Machine has shown significant success when boring those out for me. It is not a simple process to perform it properly. I would be wise to leave it to the experts.

ok thanks a lot for your advise bisi.
I think i will buy the gasket from RS.
Bisi ,i remember a few month ago there's a topic that talked about your F22 swap to EF chassis (i forgot the link) ,and at the thread RSMachine said that they will release "Bisimoto F22 Full Product line" at the early 2004.
And i want to know how far is the product goin on now.
Im interest to buy a package of engine mount and adapter plate to D-Gearbox to swap a f22 to my EF chassis,
Any information about this well be very helpfull

Thanks

My challanges with bringing the kit to market is keeping the cost down. The Flywheels, plates, pulley assemblies, and mounts can be challanging to program and machine. 75% of this is taken care of. Unless cost is of no object, I would need time to source more appealing cnc work. I will give updates, on my site, around availability.

Ok, im sitting nicely and waitin for the news about it.
Oh.. so we cant just use the F22 flywheel and make a new bolt hole on it for the D-Serries pressure plate to sit on the F22 wheel , huh?

Anyway thanks for the info, swappin a f22 into my EF chassis always being a dream to me.
