on my '00 integra ls hatchback. the top comes up but when u try to put it down, the buttom part is just stuck there and i cant get the hatch down, to go and completely lock in. the oval looking thingie is just stuck inside the lower panel. is that a common encountered problem. the car is still under manufactorors warranty. should i take it to acura dealership or the chevy place from where i got it from?

Take it to Acura since it's still under warranty. They should be able to help you out.
