Hmmm.. kind of hard to understand your question, but that could just be me.. Off the top of my head I would say that your emergency brake is sticking... not a lot.. but enough.. E-brakes on rear discs are less than fantastic at the best of times..

I don't pay attention to all the weird noises anymore. I just turn up the volume on the radio or hit v-tec and all the wierd noises go away.

Thats just your ABS system testing itself when you reach 5 mph. Nothing to worry about. Mine does that too.

A remarkable thing thermal variances are....

That is all it is, nothing to worry about.

The ABS "test" is a pumpimg like sound, with a clicking noise. Again, nothing to worry about.

I guess that the ABS would run the pump etc but i f it was actually applying braking pressure then that would be weird

I have a similar experience: When the brakes are cold, with a very slow start, I hear a squeek noise from the rear brakes. The closest thing I can think of is runing your wet finger on the edge of a glass. I think the reason is very small amount of warpness (?!) in the rotor that lets the pads gently touch it and wistle a little as they do. Same thing has happened in the past four years without any problems with the brakes. I'm not too worried about it.

I get the same noise once in a while as well, I'm not worried.
