300 is very possiable for an all out race engine.

seems pretty easy just to cut a check and get one built to me

I think here in the next couple of years we're going to see 300 whp all motor street cars being that the K series has so much potential. I plan to either make this happen, or die trying.
check out http://www.ericksracing.com
they have 300+ whp b18
also http://www.theoldone.com
and look under "how to build a 2liter NA"
they got 280wp at 9000 'ish rpm and got 300 whp at 10300 rpm but piston collided with bottom of head and motor blew up. if they had allowed slightly more room for rod sretch the engine would have safely made the power , as the rest ofthe engine was built to rev that high

also super street magazine brielfy mentioned the newest nsx built by mugen to make 590 hp.
they did not specify "to the wheels" or not
but assuming they meant 590hp at the flywheel, that would still be over 500hp at the wheels
also in an interview with honda tuning mag, erick aguilar himself said that a K series motor, that was properly built, would in his opinion(expert opinion) would easily make 400hp all motor, due to thier advanced head design.
if any body knows, it would be erick agular
also the new skunk2 all motor car will be running a k series engine. it should show the true potential of honda NA engines,in the very near future
one last thing...
SIGNAL AUTO squeezed an nsx engine into an EK civic and with a stock motor, bolt-ons and an upgraded individual coil pack ignition, they claim to have made 300 or more whp

Our old all motor race motor made 262whp on a mustang dyno which is about 291whp on a dynojet figuring 10% difference.....
that setup was a 85mm lsvtec with 15:1 comp and ITB's with skunk3 cams
leslie durst has easily over 300whp but what is more impressive is that her motor is tuned/built to have a BROAD powerband rather than lots of peak hp
..... not to mention that her car is faster than ericks racing, even tho her car is like 200lbs heavier.... nhra vs idrc
also..... the new k-series skunk2 all motor rsx is supposed to have 370whp and run low low 10's on the very first shakedown runs.......

...and you only need one cam.
I guess 2 cams would work too, if in the right hands!
