Exhaust switching
ive got a 92 prelude s (s for slow), and i want to modify it some before i get an h22. I am planning on getting some adjustavle suspensionand lowering it, on 17's. But i also want to do exhaust, I know the aftermarket exhaust systems for the f22 wont fit the h22, but i heard it was possible to make it fit, Now heres my questions, how do i make it fit? and should I
a) get exhaust for f22, then make it fit h22
b) get exhaust for h22, then make it fit f22
c) wait untill i get h22 because its not worth it
thanx for any your help

i thoguht i wpul;d be able to get a swap in 2 months but all of a sudden i need a new upper control arm, tie rod, struts, 4 tires. comming out to over 1,300. so that puts me backa couple more months.
I don't have any experience with the f22, but I was able to make the Greddy Evo fit on my Si cat. They don't make the Evo for anything but the H22.
I just took a side grinding drill bit and bored out the insides so the bolt pattern matched that of the cat. Works great; no leaks.
The only concern I would have with an H22 exhaust on the F22 is that it's not powerful enough to create the amount of exhaust velocity necessary to have power at lower RPMs. In other words, the exhaust would be too wide to produce any low-end power, and would feel probably even more gutless than it does already.
Do what IIBPII said, and save your money for emergencies. Nother ever goes as planned.
