car goes WAAAA when i try to start it
ok when i go to start the car it goes "waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!" (i'll record a sound clip of it hopefully tonight) some friends think it may be because the flywheel may be missing a couple teeth and the starter isnt' grabbing??? idk what, but it's really pissing me off. any ideas??
oh yeah, forgot to mention, it doesn't start when it goes "waaa" lol

lol i dunno much about the ignition and starting stuff... if someone would enlighten me to a site to learn about the setup on tegs, that'd be great...
It may be ur alternator, if u take it out pepboys test it for free. Im not a pro or anything but if its taking that long i would believe its start, or alternator related
a shop once said it was the starter overheating which is complete bullshit since it'll do this even if i come back to the car after a week without driving it when it's below freezing out.
but i dont see why it would be the alternator, it just sounds like something's not catching and it's just spinning. does anyone have a layout of how the whole thing starts?
