Default poor gas mileage

Im getting really bad gas mileage. I have the normal bolt-ons CAI,Header,Exhaust. I have replaced spark plugs and wires, cat converter, fuel filter, and 02 sensor. It has not changed anyone got any other ideas. Of what to do next?

these are a few pointers i picked up around here. you might want to get some other opinions or suggestions, but you can try a BG44K system flush or put Redline SI-1 or techron in a full tank of super unleaded. this may or may not help your situation, and likewise i have not tried either myself. i have heard positive things about both, and im sure some people on this board will respond and help you out

how many miles are you getting per tank, and are you running it until the empty/fuel light comes on?

Yeah actually I mean I have a few times. Im getting about 350 miles to a tank and then the gas light comes on Thats not city driving I have a 5th gen which I believe has like a 16 gallon tank. Close to that anyway and Im hating it. My routine of driving has not changed either.

have you thrown any check lights?

I think there are many-many headers that have cracks in them out there...i'd check for big gaping cracks/holes in your header before the O2 sensor.

This is going to sound really simple but have you checked your tire pressure? Cold weather can cause it to drop quite severly. Low tire pressure can lower mileage.

Yeah I dont know what it could be I do keep my tires inflated properly. I havent changed anything with my driving. So does anyone know what else it could be. The A$% holes at Autozone always make excuses. Why they cant help me see what codes its throwing.

Have you ever smelled gas around your CAR? I have had presure problems before(in really cold weather) and my car was expelling fuel from the gas cap...I have a 94 and I am unsure if you share the same fuel cap as I do. This problem was solved by pumping less gas in the car when the temperature was lower...I dont exceed 10gal when its cold...and I get around 250+ per ten gallons...depending on how often I am in town...
